Heat resistant gloves, IHR 040
This heat resistant glove is made from a two layer Kevlar® lining, with glass fibre in-between, and finished with a rubber/silicone coating.

  • Alternating Kevlar® and glass fibre offers excellent insulation with respect to the contact temperature
  • Good protection against splashes of molten metal
  • Aluminised glass fibre cuff protects a large part of the forearm
  • Ambidextrous
  • Heat resistant up to 900 °C

The glove withstands 900 °C for up to 20 seconds and is suitable for quickly grasping and moving hot parts, for example in metallurgy and glass industries, or in foundries.
